The Client hereby appoints Trifecta Capital to provide the Client with access to a platform facilitated by Moneymap,or any other platform appointed by Trifecta that shall provide consultancy and execution services in mutual funds and other financial products as deemed appropriate and necessary by the Parties. Trifecta Capital shall be solely acting as a service provider to the Client by providing consultancy services and facilitating access to such platform that shall provide non-binding, non-exclusive, recommendatory advice to the Client, and Trifecta Capital shall not be responsible for the investment/divestment of securities and/or custody/administrative activities on the Client's funds/portfolio
